At Pink Slips Performance, we offer a variety of ways to enter our sweepstakes, including free methods, digital product purchases, and physical merchandise. Because every purchase is tied to a specific number of sweepstakes entries that are assigned at the time of sale, we maintain a strict No Refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on pinkslipsperformance.com are final. This includes:

  • Physical Merchandise: T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel.

  • Digital Products: Digital downloads or "Quick Entry" packages.

  • Promotional Entries: Any entries tied to the purchase of the above items.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Sweepstakes Integrity

Our "No Refund" policy is in place to ensure the fairness of our giveaways. Because entries are automatically calculated and entered into our drawing system upon purchase, we cannot reverse a transaction without affecting the sweepstakes pool.

  • No Purchase Necessary: Remember that a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. You can always enter for free via our Official Rules.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer returns for "change of mind," we want you to love your gear. If your physical merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you. If the item is out of stock, we may issue a store credit or an alternative solution at our discretion.

Shipping & Lost Packages

Pink Slips Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
