Shipping Policy

 Thank you for visiting and shopping with Pink Slips Performance. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected but generally fall within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or other logistical issues.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the United States may be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pink Slips Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

No Returns

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns on any products sold through our website.

No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Promotional merchandise

  • Entry-related purchases

  • Any digital or physical items sold through our website

Sweepstakes Purchases

Purchasing items or promotional entries from Pink Slips Performance does not guarantee winning any sweepstakes or giveaway.

Sweepstakes and giveaways are governed by their own Official Rules, which should be reviewed prior to participating.
