Prize Terms

Prizes awarded through sweepstakes include vehicles.

Prize conditions include:

• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, registration fees, licensing, and insurance costs associated with accepting the prize.

• Pink Slips Performance reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.

Vehicle prizes may be awarded with title only, and the winner assumes all responsibility after transfer.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries.

Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry.

To claim a prize, winners may be required to:

• Verify eligibility

• Complete an affidavit of eligibility

• Provide tax documentation (including IRS Form W-9 if applicable)

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or does not complete required documentation within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
